Junior Golf Camps

Junior Golf at Lombard Glen and the surrounding area has been instrumental in putting Smiths Falls on the golfing map. The selection of clinics and camps that are offered by local PGA of Canada Professionals Paulin Vaillancourt & Jason McGrath cover every level and age. These fill up quickly so don’t hesitate to sign up your children to introduce them to the game that they can play for a lifetime.

I wanted to reach out and let you both know the amazing progress my son Hudson, and daughter Cooper have made with your coaching.
 
We played at Rideau Lakes tonight, with Hudson getting a true 44 from the whites, strong iron play, good putting, good hybrids. He only struggles sometimes going between the driver and iron concept of leaning back, shifting the weight to the back leg, and hitting up on the ball for the driver. The miss is always out and straight away, just lacking distance. Still positive recovery.
 
Cooper had a true 50 from the reds. No lost balls. She never missed the fairway, long and straight away with her driver, either a hybrid or 7 iron into the green, and was putting for a birdie on a couple of holes. Putting is her issue haha. Driver had a slight draw the last couple rounds.
 
My wife and I really appreciate you both. My kids never stopped talking about the camp, and about you guys. We’re already looking forward to next year!
 
I’m hoping to get them potentially out for a few semi-private lessons with either one of you, to try and keep honing in on their skills.
 
Keep up the great work, and dedication to the game, it truly doesn’t go unnoticed on nights like tonight watching the kids play so well.

Junior Plus Camp

Ages 12 – 15           July 7 – 11, 2025

This camp is for juniors that have played golf on a regular basis and can manage at least 9 holes of golf 5 days in a row.

10am-12pm – Practice – both swing and short game fundamentals with help from Jason and Paul

12:00-12:30 – Lunch break – lunch is included

12:30 – Play – juniors will learn different formats of play including stroke play, match play, best ball and alternate shot team play. A lot of the daily play is based on team-play very much like the Ryder Cup, so it is important that all players can finish 9 holes every day.

Cost for the week is $325.00 +HST and is limited to the first 12 players that register.

Girls Camp

Ages 8 – 13           July 14 – 18, 2025

Beginner Junior Golf Sessions

3 age categories

• 4-7 years old – 9am start for 30 minutes

• 8-11 years old – 10am start for 45 minutes

• 12-15 years old – 11am start for 45 minutes

Every Saturday morning starting Sat., May 24, 2025

(Runs for 6 weeks)

These sessions are designed to introduce the young future golfer to the great game of golf.
We ask in the 4-7 yr old sessions that a parent accompany their child.

Our group sizes will be limited to twelve children per group, so don’t hesitate to sign up.
Cost is $125.00 +HST and includes a closing barbecue on the last day.
